Room Description

This post is for a room in a townhouse in Columbia Heights.

We are looking for a girl, mid to late twenties to take over this space.

The environment is friendly and respectful.

Room: large private room with built in closet, 3 large windows, and built in shelves. This room is on the first floor and would be sharing kitchen and bathroom with 2 more girls.

Rent / Lease: Rent is $1,116 / month, 12 month lease. Utilities are ~$100-150 / month total.

 House: Huge 3 story town house comprised of two units (basement + first floor; and scrub floor). Each floor has its own kitchen and bathroom. There are 2 common areas. This room is on the first floor.

Everyone is in the house is in their mid to late twenties/ early thirties. We're easy going, fun, and like to spend time together when possible.

Location: A 5 min walk from the Columbia Heights metro, Giant, Target, snd Sports Center. A few steps away from the D50 and D5X buses.

No indoor smoking. No pets.
