Enjoy a quick breakfast or freshly brewed cup of coffee before shopping in Dupont or Logan circles, Adams Morgan, or visiting the DC landmarks. Or simply stay in and enjoy a dinner prepared in the fully-stocked kitchen. The kitchen includes all the essential appliances, including full-size refrigerator and electric range, and is fully stocked with all your cookware, dishware, and utensils.

You and your guest will rest in comfort in this welcoming studio. The living space is fitted with a queen bed, a dresser, a dining table, and cozy futon couch for guests to enjoy. There is a full bathroom in the apartment with bath tub, as well as a washer and dryer in the hallway closet for your convenience. The bed is fitted with sheets and a plush comforter to provide peaceful rest for everyone.

For your convenience, high-speed Wi-Fi is available free-of-charge so you can connect with your friends and family at home, or keep up with your work emails.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire private studio apartment. There will also be a parking pass supplied for access to the street parking in the area.

The Neighborhood:

Logan Circle is one of the city's trendiest neighborhoods, drawing a fashionable young crowd to 14th Street's stylish home-decor stores and hip restaurants, bars and craft beer pubs. The long-established Studio Theatre presents boundary-pushing contemporary performances, and offers acting lessons. Charming, well-preserved Victorian houses are grouped around the leafy namesake traffic circle.

People are naturally drawn to living steps from the food markets and the nearby farmers market. Throw in the crop of new restaurants, Studio Theatre and the green space of Logan Circle and that pretty much seals the deal. The eminently walkable 0.63-square-mile neighborhood is the fastest-growing and most densely populated in the District.

The 14th Street commercial corridor is bustling. You can get practically everything you need in the radius of a few blocks groceries, prescriptions, wine, hardware, even running shoes.

Some local favorites in the area are Garden District, Number Nine, Masa 14, Black Whiskey, and brunch at Le Diplomate!

Getting Around:
There are 2 metro stops within walking distance - the green line is at 13th and U St., NW , and the red line is at Dupont Circle North at Connecticut and Q St., NW. Bikeshare is 1 block away at 14th and R St., NW

Other Things to Note:
Paper products such as paper towels and toilet paper will be refreshed and provided to you prior to your arrival, but you will be responsible for replenishing should you run out during your stay and need more.

 Please be courteous to the neighbors living around you at ALL times by keeping noise volumes to a reasonable level. From 10 PM - 8 AM please adhere to very strict quiet hours when noise is to be kept at a minimum.

 Please do NOT flush anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products, baby wipes, contraceptives, nor paper towels should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that any of these items have been flushed and clog the plumbing system you could be held responsible for the cost of repair.

 ABSOLUTELY NO Smoking or vaping of any kind inside of the suite.

 ABSOLUTELY NO gatherings causing excessive noise. No guests allowed on the premises that have not been added to the reservation guest count.

**Late checkout may be allowed as long as a minimum 1 hour notice is given and permission is granted. As each turnover is scheduled around our cleaning team and the next guest's arrival, an unapproved late departure can create significant disruption.
