Welcome to the heart of the Bloomingdale neighborhood in DC! Our flat has an excellent Walk Score of 94/100 (per Zillow), making it a true walker's paradise with easy access to great food, entertainment, and shopping. The Shaw Metro station is less than a 12-minute walk, and the Convention Center is just a 5-minute drive. DC is also very bike-friendly, with several Capital Bikeshare stations nearby. Lyft and Uber are readily available throughout the city.

Getting here:
If you're flying into DCA, the easiest option during rush hours is taking the Yellow Line directly to Shaw Metro Station, or using a taxi, Uber, or Lyft. If you arrive at IAD or BWI, a taxi, Uber, or Lyft is the most convenient way to reach our home. If you're arriving Union Station by bus or train, take the Red Line to Gallery Place/Chinatown, then transfer to the Green or Yellow Line to Shaw Station.

Parking:
Street parking is available. Green zones have a 2-hour limit during weekday daytime hours, and red zones are permit-only. The nearby Giant supermarket offers a public underground garage for approximately $30 per business day. Independent third-party parking options may also be available through the SpotHero app. Additional parking details will be provided before check-in.

We are located on the first to third floor of a 3-story townhouse with an Garden Basement. You must be able to climb stairs.

The Garden Basement level is a separate rental unit and may be occupied by other guests or available for rent together.
