Have king beds and flat screen tvs. Linens, towels, pots and pans, kayaks, golf clubs, fishing poles, coolers and so much more. Just bring your suitcase and enjoy! Less than 10 min to the beach and beautiful downtown Venice. Screened in lanai with electric grill, fully fenced backyard with firepit. Flat top grill in the garage. Office/work area in living room with desk and printer. Pet friendly and pets are considered on a case by case basis and must be approved by owner. Renting either month to month or up to 8 months thru December 2026. It may potentially extend after term. Full service lease. Owner pays for landscaping, internet and $150/mo credit towards electric. Rare that it ever gets that high. This is to prevent abuse of the ac/heat system.

    "The EastGate neighborhood is a hidden gem. There are a number of nice, older homes on good-sized lots, with many being upgraded with every new owner or already renovated. There are also many future opportunities as you look around. It's a perfect location between historic downtown Venice on the Island, and east to I-75 and the new areas being built out there. There's a Publix a block over and Venice Avenue isn't as busy as Route 41. Even with all the growth and new development, this part of Venice remains low-key and very pleasant. The homes here are a good value for the money and worth either buying and renovating, or buying an upgraded one. One of the best areas in the city that is not on the island, and my family has been here since the early 90s."
