Remodeled kitchen with new black stove, fluted tile backsplash, no dishwasher, fridge, lots of cabinet space and a walk in storage closet next to bathroom. subway tiled bathroom shower with skylight and mirrored medicine cabinet for toiletries, also space for a standalone cabinet for other bathroom items. Great neighborhood, quiet, SAFE, AWESOME neighbors, great school district and walking distance to Downtown Vacaville and nearby parks.

And one park call play4all is accessible by disables as well and that’s pretty sweet. And that park’s gonna have two ball parks, kids play area and a dog park. Other than that there’s gonna be a catholic school and a public school. Most of the stores are with in 10 minutes of drive. It definitely has pretty promising future. "
