Private and quiet, freshly painted 3 bedroom 2 bath mobile home with large green space (not fenced). Has a private (just built) covered rear porch overlooking the wonderful mountain views. Location is quiet, and has parking for 3. Home has a split floor plan with the master bedroom, walk in closet and master bath (with soaking tub and large vanity countop) on one end and 2 smaller bedrooms plus an additional bathroom on the other end. The bedrooms are separated by a laundry room, a kitchen (with brand new cabinets and countertops) and a large living room with a door that leads to the new back covered porch and rear open yard area. Fantastic mountain views!. Home can accommodate up to 4 people. No animals, pets or smoking. Located in Townsend, near Davy Crockett Riding Stables. Each applicant 18 years of age or older must complete a zillow application. *You will not have to complete an application before a receiving a tour. You do however have to answer 3 questions before a tour will be scheduled. So, please keep that in mind before just requesting and expecting a tour. Again, property is not pet, animal or smoking friendly.

All renters 18 and older will be required to complete the zillow application. Rent is $1800 month, which includes water (up to $70). Rent also includes trash pickup (dumpster on site) and also includes both pest care and lawn maintance. Private parking for 3. Absolutely no pets and no smoking. All electric appliances, with recently serviced central heat and air. Monthly air filters will be also provided for the central unit. All electric services are with Sevier County and are tenants responsibility. Good internet is available in the area. First ($1800), last ($1800) and deposit ($1800) will be required to move in unless other arrangements are made. 2 year lease. No animals.
