Room Description

Hello! I'm looking for a respectful, quiet roommate to move in to the master bedroom of my house in Temecula (I live out of town). There are currently 2 male roommates (1 is retired the other is a medical resident) who are kind, respectful, helpful around the house, and keep to themselves. The home (2650 sq. ft.) is in a safe, quiet neighborhood and is about a 3 minute drive from Pechanga Casino. It has also been newly renovated!

Rent is $1,550/ month and utilities and internet are included. It is also furnished with an in unit washer/dryer. First and last month rent is required at move in. No pets.

The room has a closet and its own bathroom. Parking is available in the driveway/street.

Room is available now!

Not allowed: pets, smoking, drugs, parties, and overnight guests. Tenant also not allowed to use home address for business license and activities.

Tenant must have renter's insurance.
