One assigned parking space. Up to two well-behaved pets will be considered. Short distance to public transit, shopping and restaurants.

One month minimum stay is required (30-Nights). Rental terms are very flexible after the minimum stay is met.

Background check required for all applicants over 18. Background checks include credit, criminal, eviction, broken leases, collections.
