A refundable security deposit is required and will be returned at the end of the lease, provided there are no damages, unpaid balances, or other applicable deductions under the lease agreement.

Utilities are included up to $200 per month. Any utility expenses exceeding the $200 monthly cap will be the tenant's responsibility and billed separately.

A damage waiver is also required as part of the lease terms.

All prospective tenants must complete the required application and screening process. Every person who will be residing at the property and listed on the lease must submit an application and receive owner approval before move-in.
