Oak parquet flooring & tile floors. Large windows with water view and distant Strait view. Lots of wildlife: elk, eagles, Canadian geese, mallard ducks, Crane's, etc. Water/sewer/trash/electricity additional. Rent is for one person. additional occupants add $400 per person. No Pets, this means NO ANIMALS OF ANY SORT. No visiting pets either. NO VISITING PETS. Furniture pad-flooring protectors must be used to protect oak flooring. Additionally, area rugs must have rubber backing or rug protector under neath them.
 All Electric heat.
Vehicle must be well maintained and is prohibited from leaking any fluid, fuel, oil onto asphalt.
Picket fence and railing is not to be used for a drying rack of any sort.
Tenant pays all utilities with rent. Water/sewer/trash/electric/internet/cable.avg of $450
utilities to remain in property owners name.
Laundry machines additional $150/mo. all fees/cost are approximate and subject to change. Additional person $400 per month

On the whole people are educated, supportive, open minded and friendly. The surrounding area is gorgeous. Beautiful water, forests, mountains and great weather. I'll live here the rest of my life. "

    "This area is a fairly quiet place to live. The area is far enough away from downtown to not be congested, but close enough to be convenient to all major shopping on Washington ST. There is a local neighborhood park nearby, and although Fifth Ave is used as a shortcut to Sequim AVE, it's manageable. Really, this area is okay for anyone, but they should be open minded for young families and/or families with young children as the area seems to have quite a few."
