Listen to the nearby Dungeness river at night. No drivebys or drive-ins (PRIVATE LAND-immediate disqualification) Appointment only. Pet tenant may be considered by owner and must be fixed, house-trained, adult and friendly.     "This area is a fairly quiet place to live. The area is far enough away from downtown to not be congested, but close enough to be convenient to all major shopping on Washington ST. There is a local neighborhood park nearby, and although Fifth Ave is used as a shortcut to Sequim AVE, it's manageable. Really, this area is okay for anyone, but they should be open minded for young families and/or families with young children as the area seems to have quite a few."
