Two Bedroom, 1 bath duplex condo with attached garage at the end of the cul-de-sac and close to town. Condo has newer laminate flooring. Duplex is available for a 1 year lease (preference for LONG TERM tenant). 972 sq.ft. Dishwasher and as-is washer and dryer included BUT IS NOT MAINTAINED (maintenance and/or replacement is tenants' responsibility).

2) Circumstances (i.e., employment and retirement income) regarding your verified income of $4,575/month for the last 12 months. Married couples may combine income, but ALL OTHER ADULTS must qualify as individuals (must make $4,575/month individually);
3) Do you have pets and describe - NO DOGS;
4) Good credit history (690 score and above) and 2 good rental history references or proof of excellent mortgage history;
5) Any evictions (unlawful detainers)/criminal history? (Criminal check and credit check is required) please explain;
6) First month, last month and deposit ($1,000) are needed within 24 hours of acceptance of application;
7) No co-signors or comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports;
8) Renters insurance is required.

On the whole people are educated, supportive, open minded and friendly. The surrounding area is gorgeous. Beautiful water, forests, mountains and great weather. I'll live here the rest of my life. "

    "This area is a fairly quiet place to live. The area is far enough away from downtown to not be congested, but close enough to be convenient to all major shopping on Washington ST. There is a local neighborhood park nearby, and although Fifth Ave is used as a shortcut to Sequim AVE, it's manageable. Really, this area is okay for anyone, but they should be open minded for young families and/or families with young children as the area seems to have quite a few."
