Pets welcome on case by case basis with $25/pet/mo pet rent and additional non-refundable fee.
Tenant pays all utilities and trash. Yard maintenance is tenants responsibility.

Street parking only.

Occupancy on 10/15 with 6-12 month lease. Message for an appointment!
PLEASE NOTE: Tour is required for application consideration.
Qualifications are; credit score of 600+, landlord references, no evictions on record, clean background check, verifiable employment (household) income 3x rent.
All adults in the home must meet these guidelines, and a showing is required for applications to be considered.

    "Iā€™m from the area just moved to a place In Scranton 2-3 years ago. It is affordable and has lots of surrounding nature aspects. Some parts can be a little sketchy, but over Scranton is nice. Thereā€™s lots of parks, many events, farmers markets, shops, restaurants, many good colleges, and skiing, and a small waterpark. "
