The private unit has been totally recently remodeled with new flooring, light fixtures, kitchen cabinets, appliances, vanities, bathtub, baseboards, dual pane windows and more! It comes with hardwood and tile floors (no carpet), stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, large gas stove, tankless water heater, IN-UNIT washer/dryer, and 1 driveway parking space (no garage access). This unit also comes with AIR CONDITIONING! Fully fenced property with an additional 6 foot gate for maximum security and privacy allowing you to use your fully adorned backyard in peace.

Available for mid-term rentals, 1-3 months long. Background check + signed monthly rental agreement + first months rent + security deposit required to move in. No smoking. Pets are conditional: cats will be considered; one dog over the age of 1 year old considered on a case-by-case basis and with Vet verification. Absolutely no dogs under the age of 1, no exceptions. Cats cost an additional $1,000 (each cat, up to two) and dogs will cost an additional $500-750 (depending on breed, size, age, etc), if they are approved. Balance of pet fees will be added to your reservation, if approved, as applicable.

Christmas time is a special time in the city that is well decorated. Summer time outdoor concerts and activities are second to none. Plenty of great shopping and restaurants. Del Mar is downtown full of great restaurants and unique shops. Music at ivy Lee's with new Orleans cuisine but start at the Cellars on del Mar for great wine, cheese and music. Beaches are well maintained, safe and there's even an historic pier. Great vibe and creative energy. A new Brazilian crepe place just opened up on del Mar. Amazing Brazilian coffee. Tapioca crepes are outstanding. San onofre with old mans surfing beach with firepits on the beach is a must for all. "
