Unit comes with washer and dryer in-unit, one driveway parking spot, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, central heating, gas stove, and all utilities included. This is an upstairs 1 bed/1 bath apartment in a 3-unit building w/ 1 driveway parking space included.

This 1 bedroom/1 bathroom upstairs apartment has a queen-size bed and has been recently remodeled with new flooring, light fixtures, kitchen cabinets, appliances, vanities, bathtub, baseboards, dual pane windows and more! It comes with hardwood and tile floors (no carpet), stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, large gas stove, tankless water heater, IN-UNIT washer/dryer, central heating, and 1 assigned driveway parking space.

No smoking of any kind (including vaping). Pets are conditional: cats will be considered; one dog over the age of 1 year old considered on a case-by-case basis and with Vet verification. Absolutely no dogs under the age of 1, no exceptions. Cats cost an additional $1,000/stay (up to two) and dogs will cost an additional $500-750/stay (depending on breed, size, age, etc), if they are approved. Balance of pet fees will be added to your reservation, if approved, as applicable. No exceptions to the rules. No discounts.
