About this House

This is a free-standing casita located in the rear yard of a private residence in Arcadia Lite. It is walking distance from LGO, Postino and Ingo. There is parking available off-street on the driveway in front of the private entrance to the back yard. There is a small fridge, microwave, hot plate, coffee maker and tea pot and and dinnerware, silverware, glassware. There is also a portable ice-maker. Use of the private laundry in the home available by appointment. Minimum 30 day term.
The home is located midway between the Biltmore area of Phoenix and Scottsdale with a partial view of Camelback mountain from the yard and casita.

Minimum term is thirty days. All utilities are included: WIFI, AC/Heat and TV. There is a work station with full size desk and office chair. Small dinette set and comfy reclining lounger.

    "There are a few hiking spots close by, there is a nice running trail that runs alongside the canal and Camelback Rd. Southwest Human Development makes its home here supporting early childhood for much of Maricopa County. There’s no shortage of businesses around here. This area borders the more well to do Arcadia and Biltmore neighborhoods as well as the more decidedly homeless and drugee scene that runs South of Thomas Rd. It’s a typical Phoenix neighborhood otherwise."

    "traffic is heavy here at certain times of the day. 2pm to 6pm very busy. try not to go anywhere unless you have to. use glenrosa to 24th St to get on Indian school road. also take the same way back. alot easier that way."

    "Dogs are everywhere and most people are good dog owners. Every once in a while, someone will have their dog off leash that is not well-trained enough. But it’s rare. Also, at times there are coyotes about. Most of the time they run. Away from people, but I imagine owners with small dogs might feel a bit nervous to see one. "
