About this House

Beautiful, updated home for rent in Parma, Ohio. I have lived here for at least 10 years and did a lot of upgrades including a new furnace with humidifier, new AC, and a power venting hot water tank. On the main floor I have two bedrooms and a full bath. I am including a Samsung fridge, stove, and dishwasher. I am also including an LG washer and dryer. I am leaving a majority of the blinds and a dehumidifier for the basement. I am leaving couches in the basement. Right now, I took a few photos, but my current tenants since I moved are moving in October 2026. Some photos for the basement are older photos, the walls have been painted. The garage is a larger two car garage with a side door and a work bench. The driveway is also in decent shape. The tenants are responsible for all utility bills plus rent and a security deposit.     "I live on a very busy main road - super busy and at times scary as drivers speed up and down. The streets are lot. Emergency vehicles use this Main Street a lot so itā€™s never 100% quiet. Lots of street lights and cars drive on it 24/7. Not safe when you have small kids or small animals. Bus services are easy access. "

    "I LIVE NEAR Veterans Park, which is beautiful, and well maintained. People can go fishing, enjoy many picnic areas, baseball fields, batting cage, exercise trail, minigold and disc golf throughout a wooded area. Police are often seen in the park areas and throughout the city. Not far, is another park, on West Ridgewood Drive. It is a Metroparks Trail throughout wooded areas as well as a shop to stop in and admire educational facts about our habitat. "
