The previous tenant left behind a refrigerator, stove, and a dryer. You are more than welcome to use them but owner will not be responsible for repairs in the event that they break down. If you have your own appliances we will move the current ones to store in the basement. New lvp flooring was just installed on the stairs and top floor beedrom and fresh paint.

    "I LIVE NEAR Veterans Park, which is beautiful, and well maintained. People can go fishing, enjoy many picnic areas, baseball fields, batting cage, exercise trail, minigold and disc golf throughout a wooded area. Police are often seen in the park areas and throughout the city. Not far, is another park, on West Ridgewood Drive. It is a Metroparks Trail throughout wooded areas as well as a shop to stop in and admire educational facts about our habitat. "
