    "There are a few dog parks but not many. If you live in an apartment having a dog is a nightmare. There aren't many rented places that are okay with pets so you really have to search if you have pets and are looking to rent."

    "This is a great neighborhood. It is a half mile north of Collamer Park which has a lake, nice trails, a community garden, and a dog park. It is a half mile south of Bentley Park which features tennis courts, a pavilion, playscape and a splash pad. A sledding hill is in Grove Holman Park, which is right across the street to the west. And beautifully-landscaped Baker college is a neighbor to the east and south."

We haven't had any issues with vandalism or theft, or any violence. It's a nice place to start, or a quite place to retire. It's far away from the city so you dont feel cramped, yet close enough that when you need a loaf of bread, you dont dread the drive into Owosso."
