About this House

This unique little cottage is snuggled in the foothills of Butte County. It's just 20 mins outside of Oroville and sits quietly on 20 acres. There are several pastures and we will consider livestock.

This is perfect for an older couple or student from one of the local colleges.

No central heating, only wood burning fireplace in main living space. No utilities included except water (well). We require garbage service and propane.

No burning on the property unless authorized first. 1-year lease agreement. No hunting on the property.
