"My neighborhood is beautiful. The lake, the trees, the deer, the neighbors and the real sense of community. "
  • Anne Twombly
"Dogs are not allowed on the lake or in or on any public spaces. I would say this is not a dog friendly community. Plus you’re not allowed to fence yards to your dogs have to remain inside your house, and the only walking is a very narrow roads with those sidewalks."
  • Anne Twombly

  • Alishia
"Not much traffic at all, nice scenery all around and a nice river 10 minutes down the road you can swim in. The only thing is that the houses are very close together in the gated area along with not being able to ride motorcycles and paying to park them at the front gates annually. "
  • Mermo46
"I would like to see the bike path extended along Penn Valley Rd to Canyon Creek Estates, so that bicycle riders would have a nice long (safe) path to ride the length of Penn Valley Rd."
