"This is a great neighborhood. I have lived here for many years. It has actually cleaned up even more in recent years and is well maintained due to increased housing costs which brought a lot of out of town money into the area. This valley is a beautiful place to live. "

"Fantastic location. It’s quiet and serene , while being within walking distance to everything downtown has to offer. Farmers Market, Groceries, Parks, Nightlife, Live Music and Public transportation. It’s also a safe neighborhood, and you can leave things outside, including packages that have been left outside, with it being there the next morning. "
