The antique oak table in the dining area can seat eight. Bar tools and glassware are stored in the buffet (BYOB). The adjacent living area features a new sectional, teakwood tables, and a TV with a DVD player and a large selection of DVDs.
The carpeted master bedroom with a California king bed and TV with ROKU is also located on the main level. The slider window opens for guests to enjoy the sounds of the ocean. The large walk-in closet contains the supply center for guests. Iron and ironing board, first aid kit, extra-large dog bed and crate, and extra linen/blankets/pillows are stored there. Two additional stairways access other levels of the house. One stairway leads down to the bunk room and play area.
