Relax in our home & spend quality time w/ family/friends in our quiet neighborhood. The Alpaca Family Home and The Alpaca Suite is located near: Disneyland/Angels Stadium/Long Beach/Knott's Berry Farm/Hollywood/Downtown LA & LAX. Infused w/Peruvian culture & a love for alpacas, our space is ideal for families-groups, & conference-goers. Size: 1,900sqft/177m2. Please note that this is two abutting units [The Alpaca Family Home & The Alpaca Suite] that will be rented completely as one.

The Alpaca Family Home has a large living room with leather sofas, smart TV with satellite service, and central A/C & heating throughout the home. Your private kitchen is fully stocked with a full-sized stainless steel refrigerator, 5 burner stainless steel stove, granite island (seats 4), and a dining area (table seats 6). Both bathrooms include a tub & shower heads (as well as plenty of towels, soap and shampoo), and hairdryers. The master bedroom has a queen size memory foam (with gel) bed, window shades, and blackout curtains. Bedroom 2 and 3 have another queen size memory foam bed (with gel), satellite TV, window shades, and blackout curtains.

The Alpaca Suite has a kitchen equipped with a full-size refrigerator. The living room has a queen size sofa bed, TV, and dining table, the suite has air conditioning and heating in every room. The bathroom includes a bathtub, shower, and hairdryer. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress (memory foam), crisp white linens, travel cot-courtyard for babies, blinds, and blackout curtains.

    "We have different types of events in the parks where parents can take their kids or they can walk to use the basketball courts, swim and bbq. The city has a a lot of free events for the people could attend such as city hall events, Carnival and bands etc. you have store and Resturant at walking or close distance. At one time had cows but still you can see horses since many homes have horse homes. People are friendly and welcoming in the area. I have lived in Norwalk since the 80’s and still feel safe. There are shopping center, theaters, nail and hair shops etc. at one time we closed the street for the 4th of July and enjoyed each other potluck in the front of the house. After majority of people died or felt the younger family do other things. "
