We have a beautiful, Large, 2 bedroom , 2.5 bath , luxury, smart, Town Home with Cathedral/Valted ceilings, including the following: The utilities are included in the price. Including: Electric, gas, water, High speed Internet. We have 2 bycles (1 mountain and 1 beach) and a treadmill for exercise. Attached 2 car garage, (one of our cars will stay), pool, hot tub. Private Washer, dryer and extra fridge in garage. Every room newly remodeled with new hardwood floors upstairs and porcelain tile down stairs. The 2 Bedrooms are very large with there own private full Bathroom. We also have central heat and air . No carpet. We are alergic to dogs and cats so unfortunately no pets, or smoking, but on the up side, the house is very clean. The bath is on the first floor. The guest room has a tub/shower and the master bedroom has a custom stand up shower no tub. One side of the home has a view of the pool and the other side seinic views.
 It is a gated community with remote control. We have a wood fireplace with a gas starter, a gas barbecue grill on our large patio, 3 tvs with apple tv roku, and Netflix. A custom made bar, great for parties. Many of the small personal items items through out home that you will see in the pictures , will be removed so you can personalize things. New unused clean sheets will on the beds when you arrive.
There is mostly custom dimmable smart lighting that can be controlled from your phone. Also the Thermostat, Garage door and some Blinds can additionally be controlled by a smart phone. There is a total of 11 windows . A lot of natural light. A short walk to Shakey's Pizza, Stater brothers Grocery, Key stone lanes Bowling, Circle K, 7-11 and many other great Restaurants. Only 1 mile from 605, 5, and 105 freeways.

    "We have different types of events in the parks where parents can take their kids or they can walk to use the basketball courts, swim and bbq. The city has a a lot of free events for the people could attend such as city hall events, Carnival and bands etc. you have store and Resturant at walking or close distance. At one time had cows but still you can see horses since many homes have horse homes. People are friendly and welcoming in the area. I have lived in Norwalk since the 80’s and still feel safe. There are shopping center, theaters, nail and hair shops etc. at one time we closed the street for the 4th of July and enjoyed each other potluck in the front of the house. After majority of people died or felt the younger family do other things. "
