If you're coming to the Portland or Salem areas for work you might as well stay in wine country and be able to walk to world-class restaurants, winery tasting rooms, breweries, coffee shops, farmer's markets, an old-fashioned gilded movie theatre and antique stores and have an easy commute to work. 21 days minimum rental. Private home all for you. Fully equipped chef's kitchen. Large backyard with furniture and barbecue, front porch with rockers. Absolutely No pets or animals of any kind - this is an allergen-free home. Available 11/1/26. Fully furnished and outfitted, just bring your clothes. Washer/Dryer, blackout curtains, etc. Rent is $3000 per month which includes all utilities, screaming fast FIOS wi-fi, streaming-TV services (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple+, Starz, Showtime, Peacock, Paramount+ and more) and professional housekeeping monthly (including laundry of provided sheets and towels). Rent discount of $150 per month if providing own sheets and towels. No booking fees.

Medical Professionals:
We're 2 miles from Providence Newberg Medical Center, 13 miles from Willamette Valley Medical Center in McMinnville and 10-20 miles from all Portland hospitals. 30 miles from all Salem hospitals (quick highway drive)

Corporate:
We're a convenient 30-minute drive to Portland (40 Minutes to Intel in Hillsboro and 45 minutes to Nike in Beaverton) and a 40-minute drive to Salem.

Recreation: Walk to wine tasting, world class restaurants, antique stores, clothing boutiques and coffee shops. Hiking and boating minutes away. We're a 75 minute drive from the Oregon Coast and a 70-minute drive from Mt. Hood for skiing (This region of Oregon is one of only 3 places in the USA you can ski and surf in the same day).

Maximum occupancy is 4 adults using two beds - our permit does not allow couch surfers or cots.

Absolutely NO ANIMALS of any type may enter the property or grounds at any time - this is an allergen-free home protected by the ADA for those with severe allergies. No scents are used in the home or in the laundry, no down or feather pillows used.

Fully Furnished Rental - 2 Bedrooms, 1 bath

1. Owner pays all utilities and (required) monthly cleaning, including laundering of provided sheets and towels. This also includes screaming-fast Wi-Fi and streaming television channels; (Rent discount of $150 per month if providing own sheets and towels). Any overages of $250 per month for electricity to be paid by the tenant (it's never happened).
2. Absolutely no animals of any kind allowed on the property at any time - this is an allergen-free home;
3. No smoking indoors;
