With central air, a Nest thermostat and Yale lock system, security lighting, washer & dryer, iron, ironing board and hair dryer, all comfort needs are here. Other amenities include a one-car garage, custom outdoor shower, lawn irrigation system, fire extinguisher and a first aid kit. The house is also available in September as a full winter season rental

House is available for both the months of July and August, 2024. Utilities are included in the rental fee.
