Beautifully manicured 40 acre Gulf front property, including a 5 acre lake. Minutes from Barefoot, Wiggins, and Vanderbilt beaches; and extensive shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Bicycles and helmets; beach chairs, umbrella, towels and cooler available upon request. Boat, kayak another water sports rentals available nearby at Cocohatchee Marina. Bedrooms are currently set up with king-size beds, which can be replaced with two separate twins, if requested. Futon in den makes another full-size bed. Lots of extra air conditioned storage, both inside and outside unit. 75" smart tv with Bose surround system.
Cable, Internet, Wi-Fi and all utilities included.
3 month minimum rental. Annual rate $6,900 per month; seasonal rate $10,900 per month; off season rate $4,900 per month. One time cleaning fee of $190. This is an adults only/55 and over community.
