It has it all. 2 patio decks.

Landlord pays water, garbage, cable TV, lawn maintenance. Tenant pays electricity, wifi. The guest house is unique in back yard of owners residential house with private sidewalk and front door and back patio doors off deck. One parking space included on driveway.

It is currently occupied and will become available September 1.

Perfect for professional or retiree in quiet residential property.

Maximum 1 tenant on lease. No residents other than named on lease. No sub-leasing allowed. Long term lease. Seasonal lease will be considered at seasonal rate. No smoking or pets.
