Park Shore Resort offers every amenity you could wish for: a restaurant, heated pool and hot tub, covered picnic area, barbecue grills, tennis, pickleball, basketball, and a fitness room. Perfectly located in the heart of Naples, you'll be just steps from restaurants and shops, and only minutes away from The Village on Venetian Bay, Mercato, Waterside Shops, and Naples' famous beaches.

The space
 Please note there is a resort fee of USD 115 due at check-in. This fee must be paid at the front desk with a valid credit card.

 Kindly note that the hot tub is currently out of service, and we do not yet have an estimated date for it to be back in operation.

Convenient parking is located directly in front of the building.
Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not permitted.

Take a stroll along the wooden walkways and bridges that lead through lush tropical gardens and waterfalls. Park Shore Resort is the perfect place for both short- and long-term stays in beautiful Naples.

Guest access
The resort offers complimentary Wi-Fi in and around the units.
In the lobby, you'll find two computers and a printer with internet access. Additional amenities include pickleball and tennis courts, a small fitness center, heated pool, hot tub, and six barbecue grills.

Other things to note
The second bedroom features two twin beds that can be converted into a king, please let us know your preference in advance. We are also happy to provide Pack 'n Plays or highchairs for children at no additional cost; simply let us know before your stay so we can confirm and arrange these items.

    "I am retired and I have no commute. This location is very close to everything . It is only 10 minutes to downtown or 10 minutes out to Airport Road. In the summer, the commute time coukd be less. we are a seasonal community."

    "Owners are allowed two dogs up to 40 pounds each. It is a gated community. It is a very close knit community since it is small and one knows their neighbors and I love my neighbors. There are activities like bridge, book club, fitness center, outdoor grilling, a pool and a hot tub. This is a fabulous community close to everything."
