About this House

This is a completely remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath mobile home in Hallsville School District. It has a covered front and back porch/decks. Back porch/deck is large with fans and lights. The back yard is completely fenced in and has a fire ring. You will be the first person to live in this house after I redid it top to bottom. It has new sheetrock throughout, completely new kitchen, new windows. It is a mobile home, but I rebuilt it like a site-built home. It is nice! With the back yard and all the extras it's a great place to raise a family. All provided apliances except stove are less than 5 years old.

Water is included and provided through property well. First and last months rent plus security deposit will be required before move in. One year lease. No smokers. Tenant will be responsible for yard maintance. Trash services will need to be obtained as it is outside the city limits. House is all electric, tenant will be responsible.
