Canned lights and ceiling fans throughout the house. All new dual pane windows, slider. New large covered patio in spacious fenced backyard. Large covered carport for 2 vehicles next to front door. Less than 10 minutes to schools and downtown yet in secluded area. Max of 2 small non-aggressive pets 20 lbs or less and $250 nonrefundable deposit per pet.
Minimum one year lease but 2 years preferable. First month's rent $1850 and deposit $1500. Lawn care and pest control included.

First month's rent and deposit. No smoking, Tenant responsible for all utilities/internet/cable, quarterly replacement of HVAX filters, and watering around perimeter of house during hot seasons to prevent foundation damage. $250 nonrefundable pet fee per animal.
