"It’s a very local neighborhood. There not too much directly in it but many things are a short drive away. It used to be a popular area for summer homes since it’s so close to the chain but most people live here year round the past 40 years or so."

"I've lived here for a few years and it's so nice being in an unincorporated neighborhood. We have a volunteer HOA and for the most part it's nice and quiet. Large yard sizes help space everyone out."
