Monthly renter is responsible for the tourist tax 12.5 % tax will be applied to rental rate. Cleaning fee $300 at termination. Additional cleaning services available for a fee. Condo association requires you to fill out an application.

CANCELLATION POLICY: There will be no refund given to guests who cancel within 45 days of their arrival day, 60 days of their arrival day- 50% refund, 90 days of their arrival day- full refund.
