This adorable, spacious cottage in the country is perfect for a single person or quiet couple. Located in the Kelsey Creek area of Kelseyville Ca. It has a large, fenced yard, and is next to our home. It's important that tenants are respectful of noise levels and outside clutter. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats and even though the cottage yard is fully fenced, it's important that all the animals can get along well without barking.
I prefer to talk on the phone before showing the property so be sure to call at your convenience. If I haven't talked to you on the phone, I will not show the property.

Washer and gas dryer hook-ups in laundry room.
Well water is included and tenant pays for all other utilities.
Well-behaved pets will be considered. Pet deposit is an additional $2,000.
Pellet stove for heat.

Renter pays for propane, electric, and pellets for stove. Month to month rental. 30 day notice to vacate.

    "You must have a car to get anywhere. A bus is available to provide public transportation. The bus stop is within walking distance. The commute is virtually free of traffic. Generally it may take about 10 or 15 minutes to drive to get to a store or gas station."

    "My neighborhood is breathtakingly beautiful but is filled with money launderers ,child molesters, nosy weirdos, pot odor and WILDLAND FIRES. We have to evacuate 2-5 X a year due to fires and county and HOAs do not enforce fire safety codes. RUN AWAY!"
