Do you dislike apartment complex living? Would you prefer your own private space?
This studio on 1.66 acres of wooded land could be the spot for you.
Enjoy your own 300 sq ft studio with a large partially covered private patio area.

Located close to hiking trails and a creek, but only a short distance from shopping areas,
there is plenty of space for artistic pursuits, gardening, yoga and other hobbies.
It's perfect for an individual who loves nature and animals rather than crowds and noise.

The studio is attached to the main house which was originally owned by an artist,
then a goldminer who even knew Wyatt Earp. It has a feeling of history. The studio is
newly refurbished with fresh paint, french doors and new bathroom fixtures. You will
appreciate the quiet setting, the sounds of nature, peace and tranquility.

We provide a toaster oven, microwave and dual hot plate plus full sized fridge.

Please Tell us a bit about yourself, we will contact you if you're a good fit. Thank you
for being communicative and open, this is a drama-free zone. Pictures show the layout of
