Garage/shed are not included in this lease agreement, but the 700 s.f. unfinished basement with tool bench may be used by the tenant (steps are narrow - so it's best for boxes/crafting) and the covered back porch is great for bike storage. Please Note: The bedrooms will not accommodate King Size beds! No pets or smoking of any kind on the property, please!

"If you work locally your commute is typically easy, However if you work down the “hill” (Golden, Lakewood, Denver) Than take Thursday and Fridays off because it’s bumper to bumper. And on holiday weekends don’t try to do anything just stay home! Also Sundays don’t go east on I-70 at all. "
