This 2022 new construction single family home contains 4 BR, 2 BA, in Sendera Ranch (Haslet, TX). It comes fully furnished with linens, dishes, cook ware, and a separate laundry room containing a brand new front end load washer/dryer.

The backyard is oversized & private. The community amenities are plentiful and the schools are above average.

This would be a great home for corporate/insurance housing, traveling nurses, traveling employees/work crews, families in transition, etc. This is a new rental property & some furnishings may differ from the photos.

Located in North Fort Worth (Haslet): Contains 2 queen beds, 1 full bed with matching desk, and a queen sofa sleeper in the 4th bedroom which doubles as media/gaming room. Kids are always welcome.

The homeowners are sensitive to smoke and pets. We respectively ask that you don't violate this policy.

A 30-day minimum stay is required because of HOA restrictions. If you have short term housing requests, please reach out to discuss options.

If you need long term furnished housing please reach out to discuss other price.

This special rate of $3,000 is only available only May 5, 2026 to June 4, 2026. The regular rate after August 5, 2026, resumes to $3,200 plus $600 utility surcharge.

Special pricing for one month stay May 4, 2026 to June 4, 2026. Fully furnished and turnkey ready with lawn care and utilities included. The utility $600 surcharge is waived.

No pets or smoking allowed.

Parking is plentiful with a two-car garage, a space for two cars in the driveway, and free street parking. There are also multiple overhead storage units in the garage. There will be a $300 cleaning fee at the conclusion of your stay.

This is move in ready for families in transition, insurance/corporate housing, or traveling work crews. Will entertain discounts for longer stays.

    "The community is just a few miles from Alliance Town Center with LOTS of amenities! New Walmart opening Fall 2013 within 2 miles of home. Home Depot, Target and various shops and restaurant coming soon. I like the area and it's fairly quite. A new large park within a few miles will be opening in summer 2014 with lots amenities including a dog park. This neighborhood has it's own greenbelt walking trail and community pools. Great schools! Great neighbors!"
