Guest house is attached to the main house via a secure door. Guest house has its own exterior entrance to the property with electronic entry lock. Guest house is fully furnished but can be rented as unfurnished as well.

It offers a bedroom with large closet with Windows facing the courtyard, one full bath with tub and shower, kitchenette with sitting area equipped with air fryer, microwave oven, two burner hot plate, full exhaust fan, coffee maker, two small refrigerators and kitchen sink.Note: unit does not have a stove top or oven other than the air fryer and hot plate. The sitting area includes full size sofa bed, small round table for two, coffee table and 50 in Smart TV. The coffee table opens up to a desk.

The unit also includes a one-car garage for a compact car. The unit also includes a washer in the interior of the unit and the dryer in the one car garage.

Heating and air conditioning are controlled by the owner and temperatures are usually set to 78 in the summer and 68 in the winter months. Supplemental heat and air conditioning is offered via portable heaters and air conditioners for your comfort.

Unit is equipped with water softener.

Rent includes utilities as listed below: note: electricity is not included. tenant will be responsible for 25% of the electrical bill which will range from a low of $40 during the winter months and approximately $100 in the summer months.
