My son went to this school and it was awful from day one. He did 1st grade to some of 6th grade and I only wish I would have moved sooner. Every summer I had to act as summer school just to get my child on track. Work would come home graded with an A and there were spelling errors. When I called to discuss it I was told they were glad he turned it in and that was 80% of his grade. 2nd grade I had to switch his class because his teacher was so rude and would point him out for everything even when he wasn’t present! 3rd grade was worse he had 3 different teachers one quitting right after another. Those kids learned nothing that year. 4th grade felt like a godsend! Those 3 teachers were amazing. 5th it was 2020 so it went as expected. 6th grade was the worst ever! My son was bullied, when I confronted the office the blame went to my child, so I had to take it upon myself to contact parents and baffled that these parents would tell me “oh she had a crush on him” seriously that’s not an excuse. It got so bad I pulled it him out school and he did online school until we moved out of state. My daughter is special needs and I hated that we even thought pre-K there would be good for her. Thankfully it was a few months and we put it all behind us. Thankfully we are in a better state and yes my son was behind but with hard work and great teachers, he made actual Honor roll!

We decided to write a review after a horrible incident that occurred over the weekend with another student at this school. For us personally, we experienced lack of accountability for a student that was bullying, being verbally abusive and being physical. Administration didn't remove this student from class, no disciplinary action took place, so we contacted the School District. No response. This was a traumatic experience that should not be experienced by any child, lack of faith in the administration at such a young age is not encouraging. Since we removed our child, there has been renewal of safety, peace, and renewed found joy of learning. There are opportunities in online/ flex learning, safe ones, with excellent involved teachers that we do not regret choosing.
