About this House

The property for rent is the ADU in the back of this home. It's 850 sq ft, has 1 bed, 1 bath and a kitchen. It has its own private entrance and a fence all around to provide you privacy. There's access in the back to the alley but no parking. There is only street parking, limited to no more than 2 vehicles. You'll have a storage shed available for use as. The home is located in a nice neighborhood that's conveniently located near 2 shopping centers.

We're looking for a one-year term but will consider 6 months. The monthly rent includes utilities. You will need to install your own wifi and choice of tv services. We are looking for non-smokers only due to health reasons. Only the person/s listed on the lease can live at the home, no sub-leasing.
