A single family home that has a fresh, clean, quiet, furnished. Included bedroom with full size bed walk in closed set and office or TV room, desk, chair, TV stand in the basement for rent $600/month + $600 security deposit (the security deposit is returned same day one moves out provided room in the same condition). Internet, all utilities included refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven. A very quiet area in a good safe neighborhood with a private entrance and street parking convenient. There's a need to share the bathroom with shower, kitchen, and living room located in the basement with a roommate. I'm looking for quiet professional men or student who do not smoke, are drug-free and have no pets. The furnished room is available on October 01 2026. If you are interested please tell me a little bit about yourself including your name and contact information as well as your desired date of move in and the length of desired lease term. Pictures attached represent all area that is the common area provided with the private room.

    "Neighborhood is very dog friendly. People are constantly walking dogs of all sizes and breeds. We have a 100 pound Rottweiler and have no issues walking her in the neighborhood. Everyone is good about adhering to the leash laws. For the most part, people are good about cleaning up after their dog."
