"The parents are really involved with the children’s education and sports programs. And peaceful living "
  • Tommy Tran
"Drive my own car, don’t take public transportation. Back roads and lights are horrendous. Hoping onto 20 or 175 is the worst part, but once you’re on it’s not bad."
  • Tommy Tran
"I drive, difficult to leave area because traffic and overcrowding. Roads need to be expanded and lanes need to be added."
  • Osly2aa
"Nice, clean, friendly, new community, good neighborhood, new houses, well maintained community, has two dogs parks, one for smaller size and another for larger size, has a big pool, also has a gymnasium."
  • Jeremy Bradley
"None Crandall has no city functions they don’t honor veterans of Veterans Day. They don’t know how the right way. Their are. I stop lights and they don’t care to get any. "
  • Samantha E.
"Every home @ Highbridge has a fenced in yard. Peaceful, safe neighborhood to walk the dogs on side walks and nearby trails or parks. "
  • Samantha E.
"Very nice, quiet, safe neighborhood. All the neighbors are polite & help 1 another out. We are a close community. There is a new pool with a splash pad, grills, bathrooms, & pergolas to relax under- that I can’t wait to use this summer. Currently, Lennar is building our new playground. Hopefully it should be done soon. In the next neighborhood over is a school. I believe the town plans to build more schools, homes, stores, & restaurants soon within the next 1-3 years. It’s also perfect since we’re only a 30-35 minute commute to Dallas. "
