One bedroom, one bath apartment for rent in safe area of Ewing. This neighborhood has quickly become a highly sought after location in central New Jersey. This private home is in a quiet neighborhood great for taking a walk or going for a run.

Apartment for rent is in a private home with a separate front door entrance with lock and a private driveway. There is no access to the rest of the home. There is no smoking in the home or on the property.

The apartment is unfurnished. Fully renovated bathroom last year. The kitchenette includes a microwave, convection oven, air fryer, and broiler also a full-size fridge. There is no access to a full-size kitchen with a stove. Outside of home has 24 hour security camera coverage for added safety.
This apartment is close to NJM, Merrill Lynch, capital health Hospital, Department of transportation, Mercer County airport, The College of New Jersey and Rider university.

Common sense: We do not hold the apartment under any circumstances without a deposit and signed contract.
