I'll have a 4 bedroom, 3 bath house available in Everett, MA. In the most prestigious and quiet area of Everett, MA. I'll begin to show it June 1. Move in is August or September. It does not include utilities but includes free washer and dryer. The entire space is getting painted in the month of June and July and lots of upgrades like all the 3 bathrooms as well. On the post is one of the bathrooms just got remodeled.

Rent is $4900 with no utilities included or $5400 all utilities included.

Could be delivered furnished or unfurnished.

    "There aren’t many events I can think of, we’re closer to the rotary that leads to Encore Casino. They decorated the trees near the rotary for special times of the year like Christmas and 4th of July."

    "Depending on the casino traffic, it is either 7 mins to cambridge or 27 mins. Also, the bridge to Cambridge by community college needs to be expanded to handle the increase in residential dwellings on the other side of the orange line that now cross there daily."
