Conveniently located just outside the Eureka Springs city limits, you'll enjoy a quiet country setting while being only minutes from White Oak Station, the Great Passion Play, historic downtown Eureka Springs, and approximately 15 minutes from Berryville.

This approximately 288-square-foot cabin is move-in ready and thoughtfully furnished with a comfortable single bed, couch, TV, private bathroom, and upper attic storage. The cabin also features a thoughtfully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, hot plate, cookware, dishes, utensils, and basic kitchen essentials, making it easy to prepare everyday meals. An energy-efficient heat pump provides heating and cooling, and the cabin has been spray foam insulated to provide excellent year-round comfort and energy efficiency. As an added peace of mind during winter weather, the property is equipped with a back up generator to help maintainessential power during power outages. A washer and dryer are also available as a convenience for tenant use. Should either appliance require repair or replacement, temporary off-site laundry facilities may be necessary while repairs are being completed.

Water, trash service, and standard residential electricity are included in the monthly rent with reasonable residential use, helping provide predictable monthly housing costs. Internet service is the tenant's responsibility. A large fenced backyard offers additional outdoor space to relax and enjoy the surrounding woods. One well-behaved female indoor cat or one small, crate-trained dog may be considered on a case-by-case basis with prior written approval.
