What Locals Say about Lowell

  • Kristinakcook
"We LOVE Flyway Meadows! We have kids so we were looking for a place with a backyard, which proved difficult. We came across Flyway Meadows and it had everything we needed and more! A privacy fenced backyard, 2 car garage, granite countertops, pest control, landscaping service, and high speed internet to name a few. The townhouses have a very open layout with many windows so there is plenty of sunlight. The neighborhood is small, quiet and calm so kids play outside without worries. Our property manager is precious! Dallas takes the time to address everyone’s needs, no matter how small. She always makes sure we are taken care of and is very active in the community. I’ve never had a property manager who was so helpful, and willing to find solutions, no matter how unusual the issue. There is space to grow here, and rumor has it we will be getting additions such as a playground and a dog park in the future! We’re definitely enjoying our time so far! "

"Not really great at all. School busses. School traffic that is poorly regulated and in general the infrastructure just isn’t it. "
  • Caitlin Johnson
"There are not really any sidewalks. Also, there are a lot of people who drive quickly so it makes it not very safe neighborhood if you’re wanting your kids to be able to play with others in the neighborhood. Just an entire lack of sense of community."

"city of lowell is very poorly run and a bad place to live because of city officials incompetence. my neighborhood has had raw sewage flowing through our streets for years. the problem was created by lowell with a good ol boy handshake. now sabre heights is being exposed to diseases everyday and the city refuses to do anything but throw band aids at it"

"I live in the area, and it is a perfect central location for NWA. You can get anywhere to have a night out on the town with the family (Promenade and Pinnacle Hills Area) within 10 minutes, or to Party (Fayetteville with-in 15-20 minutes using Old Wire. The area as a whole surprised me moving from a big town. Friendly, family oriented area. Very well pleased with the decision to move to this area."
