Stay in style and comfort in our newly remodeled, centrally located and fully furnished bungalow. All you need to bring is your clothes and some groceries! This lovely home is only a couple blocks from the Friendly Street coffee house, Friendly Street Grocery Store, parks, bike paths and more! Only 2 miles to UO/Hayward Field or 3 miles to Autzen Stadium and a short drive or bike ride to hospitals & clinics! Work remotely from the cozy office space. Enjoy the best of Eugene at your fingertips while relaxing in the comfort of this cozy home.

This sweet and comfortable home has two bedrooms, one bath, and a bonus office/den/extra bedroom (couch folds out into a twin bed). Lots of natural light through-out with sliding wooden door frames and screens in all the windows in all rooms. Tucked into a street on a dead-end it is extra quiet. Amenities include a fully furnished with stylish and comfortable furniture, spacious kitchen with new appliances and all the kitchen cooking things one needs, a cute & cozy gas stove in the living room it looks like a woodstove. A mini split with heat/AC, modern fixtures and fresh thru out paint. Private yard, landscaping all around. It can sleep up to 4 people but is perfect for a single, couple, or traveling professional(s). This is a full size house, not an ADU, studio or condo.

This is a NON-Smoking/ Vaping home and must stay free of all cigarette odors.

Washer and dryer on sight and alll utilities are included in the rent, including Xfinity high speed wireless 37.2 Mbps. There is a smart TV for streaming & ROKU is included.

The house is on a quiet street located in SE Eugene in the coveted Friendly neighborhood, which is walkable, bike- friendly, and near everything. For professionals, its a 15-minute drive to Sacred Heart RiverBend and McKenzie-Willamette hospital and just over a mile to PeaceHealth Sacred Heart University District hospital and the University of Oregon.

Living Area
The living area has a cozy Pottery Barn sofa, two large comfy Pottery Barn chairs, throw pillows and a cozy gas stove (looks like a wood stove). Relax and unwind in this quaint setting with a book from the shelf or stream your favorite shows on the 55" adjustable arm digital screen TV with ROKU. ROKU has built in Netflix etc.

Bedrooms:
Bedroom #1 features a queen sized bed with a new mattress and wooden bed frame. Includes a good sized closet with a dresser, hangers, hanging storage and laundry basket. There is a full length mirror and access to the bathroom. Includes two large wooden frame windows that slide open with screens and black out shades.

Bedroom #2 has a lofted ceiling and features a queen size bed with a new mattress, wooden bed frame and new bedding. Includes a sitting chair, and a stand up lamp for cozy reading or resting. There is a closet with hangers, dresser, laundry basket and full length mirror. In addition this room has one larger wooden slider window with screens and black out shades.

Kitchen
A full kitchen with everything you need to create a gourmet meal. Kitchen amenities include; Gas stove with oven, fridge, blender, toaster, cuisinart food processor, baking dishes, pots/pans, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, french press and electric water kettle. All the cups, mugs, wine glasses, dishes, sharp knives and utensils etc. If in your stay we are missing a kitchen item you need please ask and we will look into getting it.

Laundry Room:
Washer and dryer on site just off the kitchen. In addition there is an iron and ironing board and an easy to use vacuum and the usual broom and mop for quick clean ups.

Housekeeping
During your stay, housekeeping may be added every 2 weeks for an additional $150/month. Housekeeping would include fresh sheets on the bed(s), washing/drying dirty sheets & towels, vacuuming & mopping floors, wiping down kitchen, bathroom and all surfaces. It does not include picking up one's stuff, washing one's dirty dishes or cleaning up big spills & messes. Please see that you are taking good and thoughtful care of our Blue Bungalow during your stay.

Renters insurance is required and if you are a pet owner please purchase and show proof of renters insurance that specifically covers dog bites and other injuries.
Pet and pet owner screening with prior renter reference before approving any applicant with a dog. The property is not fully fenced but there are lots of near by dog parks.
