Located in a quiet, welcoming neighborhood, you're just a pleasant walk from Downtown Escondido, where you can explore local coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, and community events. Several scenic hiking trails and outdoor recreation areas are also just minutes away.

This fully furnished studio is available for stays of up to 6 to 8 months, making it an excellent choice for traveling professionals, remote workers, students, or anyone seeking a comfortable, turnkey home in a peaceful setting.

Monthly rent includes gas, water, electricity, trash, and wifi. There is only street parking. We do not allow smoking inside. If you need to smoke, you may do so outside. Tenant responsibilities include keeping property in good condition and taking trash down and up once a week. Plants may need watered 1x/week as well.

I’m extremely disappointed with how Juniper Elementary handled a recent situation involving my daughter. She was accused of cyberbullying, and from our experience, the school did not take the time to fully investigate or consider her side of the story before jumping to conclusions.As a parent, it’s frustrating to see such a serious accusation handled without clear communication or transparency. We felt unheard throughout the process, and it seemed like decisions were made before all the facts were gathered.Schools should be a place where students are treated fairly and supported, especially when dealing with sensitive issues like this. Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect that. I hope the administration works on improving how they handle conflicts and ensures that all students are given a fair and thorough review before being labeled or disciplined.
