*Renter's Insurance: Proof of renter's insurance is required prior to move-in and must be maintained for the duration of the lease.
*Background check: must pass a background check during application process.
*Income: needs to be 2.25x the rent

Yard Maintenance: Tenant is responsible for maintaining the yard, including routine lawn care and landscaping upkeep.

Maintenance: Tenant agrees to promptly report any maintenance concerns and maintain the property in a clean, orderly condition throughout the lease term.

Smoking: No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted inside the home.

Pets: Up to two dogs are permitted with landlord approval. Additional pet terms or deposits may apply.
